Unlimited Mileage
CLASS (A – I) Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance coverage is optional at US$8.00 a day with a deductible / excess of US$1,600.00 or US$12.00 a day with a deductible / excess of US$1,200.00.
CLASS (J) Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance coverage is optional at US$15.00 a day with a deductible / excess of US$2,000.00.
Age Requirement: 25 years or more with 2 years minimum driving experience.
Baby Booster Seats available ON REQUEST (FREE).
Free pick-up and drop-off from Canefield Airport, Douglas-Charles Airport, Roseau Ferry Terminal and Hotels within a five (5) mile radius from our office.
A deposit is required by Credit/Debit Card – Minimum authorization US$1,100.00.
Rates are subject to change during certain peak periods eg. Carnival, Music Festival/ Independence and Christmas/New Years.
All major credit cards accepted.

My contact, Junior, was very helpful and personable. They made the experience as smooth as was possible. If it is your 1st time on the island, know that you need to file for a temporary drivers license at the airport (officials on site will help guide you through the process). The company also appeared to have freshly rennovated apartments for rent in a very nice neighborhood if you are looking for accomodations. Overall, a very friendly and helpful staff.

Très bonne expérience. La voiture nous a été confiée avec beaucoup de retard car le contrat de location a été oublié mais Junior et sa compagne nous ont très amicalement guidé pour traverser Roseau ( il faisait nuit )et nous laisser sur la route de Scott's Head. Avec une leçon de conduite de la voiture automatique nouvelle pour moi. 😄. Merci beaucoup !

We had a great experience with Universal Car Rental, Dominica.
The rental company is very reliable and honors all agreements as promised. The car was in excellent condition, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We especially loved driving around Dominica, it was a fantastic experience.

I had such a smooth experience renting a car with Jr. From start to finish everything was easy, communication was clear, and the whole process felt stress-free. This was not my 1st, 2nd or 3rd time & it sure will not be my last. I never felt pressured or misunderstood. From pick up to drop off. Easy. Jr never makes you feel like he’s too busy for you…The car was clean, reliable, and ready to go. I would absolutely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental!
